200 | You can determine that using your voltemeter ,Connecting its two probes to each terminal if the voltmeter reads a voltage with a minus sign that means you are connecting The voltemeter in the opposite direction , So you are connecting for example your positive probe of the volts to the negative terminal of the capacitorm and the vice versa .........
